School Development Family Survey

The primary purpose of the survey is to support the continuous improvement of your child’s school. St. Paul's Intermediate will use survey results, along with other information to identify the school’s strengths and challenges, and to create and implement a plan for continued improvement. This survey is intended to be anonymous, which means you cannot be linked to your responses (You are not asked to provide your name). Your responses will be grouped with responses from other parents/guardians. Results are never reported for any questions in cases where there are fewer than six respondents.

You are asked to complete ONE survey for EACH SCHOOL attended by your child/children. Some questions are about your perception of the school in general, or your involvement with the school. Other questions ask specifically about “your child”. If you have more than one child in this school, please think about your OLDEST child who attends this school when answering questions that say “your child”.  When selecting a response, please choose the one that you feel best describes your/your child/children’s overall experience at this school this year. There are no right or wrong answers. .

In advance, thank you for your responses and for helping us to improve the learning environment for all.

Social Media Tips

Dear Families & Caregivers,

We know that although we work hard at school to help our students learn what it means to be Good Digital Citizens (a person who is able to navigate our digital environments in a way that’s safe and responsible and to actively and

respectfully engage in these spaces), it is also important that our families and caregivers are included in our conversations. As a way for us to continue this conversation with our families and caregivers, our Program Itinerants for

Safe & Inclusive Schools have created and shared this infographic with us: Social Media Tips For Families. The goal of sharing this information is to help us work together to ensure we are modeling what it means to be Good Digital Citizens.

We know that our families and our caregivers are our students' first teachers and that it is essential we include you as part of our district-wide program in this area. Together, we can be positive role models for our students.

Working together, we can make being a Good Digital Citizen a priority at school and at home.
